![]() If you are looking for dinner before Twin Anchors is just a few blocks away and very well known for their ribs. They are in Old Town at, 1616 N Wells St. ![]() My choice for comedy clubs is Second City, where tons of great talent got their start. ![]() ![]() You can take an kayak archatectural tour if you're interested in that it is pretty interesting. Other Chicago highlights usually include Skydeck Chicago for a view of the city and three other states on a clear day across the lake. It looks like the Cubs won't be in town until their Monday afternoon game but Wrigleyville is always a fun area to spend some time. From there you can head east to Lincoln Park Zoo or just beyond that to the beach, possibly Castaways if you are looking for a place to get a drink, but expect a crowd. And I'm also looking for advice on System Shock 2, which I've already got prepared and ready-to-play.Not exactly a coffee shop and not exclusive to Chicago, but I think a great way to start the day is to go to DAVIDsTEA. Overall, I really like it more than I would have ever thought, and I wanted to tell you guys. The music is great, but the sound was so overbearing that I couldn't completely concentrate on listening to the audiologs. The weapons are all mostly enjoyable to use, especially the Skorpion and Magnum, which carried me from where I picked them up all the way to the end of the game. Despite being a game from 1994, it's not more difficult than Doom or Quake at relatively normal difficulty (I downgraded Cyberspace difficulty only), and I liked being able to peek around corners and cheese the enemies that way, and it was frantic at times. So, after finally beating the game, I had a surprisingly good time playing it aside from the previously mentioned issues. I reinstalled a few days ago to find that my saves were still there, and today, I picked up from where I had left off and pushed through the rest of the game. I got to the point where I could use the CPU codes and unfortunately didn't pull the lever next to the numpad and had to go back, eventually quitting and uninstalling because of burnout and a little bit of rage-quitting. ![]() The week after the remake came out, I decided to finally delve into the original System Shock and got everything set up the way I was comfortable with. ![]()
